lyrics
Ladd
Måste få sitt
Ladd
Bjuder på sitt
Ladd
Fixa mer
Ladd-kungen ber
Han borde skickas in på klinik
Istället så står han där vid ett fik
Dra sig en härlig lina av snö
Alldeles för ung för att dö
The record that introduced me to the great and sweet little discography of Totem Skin. And I didn't came here for the boobs! There is something harsh and depressing about their style of playing Blackened Crust, that I can't describe. A shame they disappeared but they left us something to appreciate! Mosees
Reading the lyrics, it’s hard to believe this was written a decade ago, as they speak pretty clearly to our predicament today:
“How many bad apples are just a few? How low must they step before we see change through?”
Great find, Paintingmantis! Thanks as always for your wonderful taste!
@PM Dödsrit 🤯 Had no idea. That explains the passion and genius! MJ
The Italian hardcore group’s latest is a powerful, claustrophobic album that rarely lets up its mathy, metallic assault. Bandcamp Album of the Day Feb 6, 2018
New York hardcore meets classic thrash metal meets Jane's Addiction-esque alternative on the Brooklyn crushers' sensational debut. Bandcamp New & Notable Dec 13, 2023
I generally appreciate the album by album move away from hardcore towards extreme metal. Yet for me personally, this is where the balance is perfect. Kind of like Metallica's Ride the Lightning: subsequent albums were more sophisticated and complex, yet less intense, too. Great to come back to, again and again. jornfin
